Terms & Conditions

To participate you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use the Service and to receive $BLOKC. Eligibility is verified through your connected Discord and X (Twitter) accounts. Current criteria are membership of the BLOK Capital Discord server, an X account with at least 250 followers, and both accounts created before 2026. These criteria may change. We may approve, decline, or revoke participation at our discretion.

The Program is void where prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring your participation complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you, including any tax obligations arising from rewards you receive.

Signing in with Google creates a self-custodial smart wallet for you automatically using multi-party computation (MPC). There is no seed phrase. You are solely responsible for maintaining access to the Google account used to sign in; losing access to it may result in the permanent and irreversible loss of access to your wallet and any $BLOKC it holds.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. The wallet is self-custodial: we do not hold, control, or have the ability to recover your funds on your behalf.

$BLOKC rewards are determined off-chain from your eligible contributions: original public posts on X that reference $BLOKC or @blok_cap. Replies and reposts are not scored. At most two posts per contributor per day (UTC, by the time the post was published) earn rewards; further posts that day are recorded but score zero.

Scoring is automated. Each eligible post is assessed by an AI model against the official BLOK Capital documentation and judged on the accuracy of the claims it makes, how substantive those claims are, its originality, and its overall quality. Posts that restate the documentation, repeat content already scored, make no verifiable claims, or appear to be machine-generated receive reduced or zero rewards.

Rewards are discretionary and are not wages, compensation for services, or a guarantee of any value. We do not promise any minimum reward, and we may modify or discontinue the scoring methodology or the Program at any time.

A reward shown on your dashboard before settlement is provisional. Approximately seven days after a post is scored we re-check it and settle the final amount. A provisional reward may be reduced, including to zero, if the post has been deleted, made private, or removed by the platform; if it has been materially edited since it was scored; or if it is later identified as a duplicate of another contribution. We may also reverse a reward, whether provisional or settled, where we identify a breach of these Terms.

Only settled rewards represent an amount awarded to you. Provisional figures are estimates and may change.

$BLOKC awarded through the Program is held in a per-contributor on-chain vault and is time-locked. Tokens become transferable from May 1, 2027. The unlock date is enforced at the smart-contract level and cannot be altered, accelerated, or overridden by anyone, including us. Before that date, claims are locked.

While locked, the voting power associated with your $BLOKC is delegated to you. The vault contracts are immutable; you interact with them at your own risk and subject to their on-chain behavior.

To verify eligibility and score contributions, the Service accesses limited information from your Google, Discord, and X accounts via OAuth. By connecting these accounts you authorize this access. We use this information to operate the Program and handle it in accordance with our privacy practices. You may disconnect at any time, which may end your eligibility.

You agree not to:

• use bots, fake accounts, purchased engagement, or other manipulation to inflate scores;
• misrepresent your identity or eligibility, or operate multiple accounts to gain rewards;
• post unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive content in connection with the Program;
• interfere with, attack, or attempt to exploit the Service, the Worker, or the contracts; or
• violate any applicable law or the terms of the connected platforms.

We may suspend or terminate participation, and withhold, reduce, or reverse rewards (including rewards already settled but not yet transferable) for any breach of these Terms.

Nothing in the Service or these Terms is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. $BLOKC and blockchain technology involve significant risk, including total loss of value, smart-contract vulnerabilities, network failures, and regulatory change. The value of $BLOKC may be zero. You participate entirely at your own risk.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLOK Capital and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of tokens, profits, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service or participation in the Program.

We may modify these Terms or the Program at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or end the Program, or your access to it, at any time. The on-chain time-lock and your right to claim unlocked $BLOKC after the unlock date are governed by the immutable contracts and are not affected by termination of the Service.
